Established for over 100 years, Barbour continues to push the brand into new territory. This is literally the case, with sales in over 40 countries worldwide and figuratively, as the company continues the innovative work it began in 2004 with Lord James Percy. That collaboration saw Barbour’s technically advanced Northumberland shooting clothing range win the 2005 Best Shooting Clothing Product at the IPC Shooting Awards and will see the launch of the new Barbour Sporting collection for Autumn/Winter 2011.

For all that’s new with Barbour clothing, that classic feel still remains.  Traditionalists will be pleased to note that Barbour wax jackets are still hand-produced in the company’s Simonside factory in Southshields.
